Twice now, I've tested a newer Sundown driver on the bench, only to pause and recheck the amplifier's output levels due to the sheer difference in performance. The increase in overall output is absolutely staggering.

Preliminary Test Details

Below is a quick test conducted last night to ensure everything was functioning correctly. Please note:

Test Methodology

• Test Frequency: 140 Hz sine wave
• Setup: Single microphone placed 24 inches from the driver
• Metrics Analyzed:
• Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)
• dBSPL
• Voltage RMS (Vrms) delivered to the speaker
• Efficiency (dBSPL/Vrms)

Note: These measurements reflect only a single frequency and location. Results will vary significantly at different frequencies and spatial locations.
